H.E.R. Couture Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase!  We hope you are happy with your new items.  

This is a Resale and Consignment store, and as such, most of our pre-owned items are Final Sale no returns, but If you have problems with your purchase H.E.R. Couture allows some returns under certain conditions, or If the item you receive is incorrect from the description.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

NEW ITEM RETURNS:
  1. Returns of NEW items are allowed within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Returns must have an approved RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) or they will not be accepted or processed.
  3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached to qualify for cash refund.
  4. Any NEW item worn or with tags removed may be considered for return approval after speaking to a customer representative.
  5. Any approved returns on worn/tags removed items will be issued in store credit ONLY.

 

PRE-OWNED ITEM RETURNS:
  1. Sales of PRE-OWNED items are FINAL unless the item you receive is incorrect from the item description you purchased.
  2. Please be sure to check item listings for sizes and ask for additional measurements if needed to be sure the item you are purchasing is correct for you as many clothing manufacturers sizing’s fit differently, and there are NO Returns for PRE-OWNED items because of “sizing” issues after purchase!
  3. Returns of incorrectly listed PRE-OWNED items must have an approved RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) or they will not be accepted or processed.
  4. Incorrectly listed items are eligible for full refund or store credit.

 

ELECTRONICS and HOME DÉCOR ITEM RETURNS:
  1. Sales of ELECTRONICS and HOME DECOR Items are FINAL unless the item you receive is incorrect from the item description you purchased.
  2. Returns of incorrectly listed ELECTRONICS and HOME DECOR items must have an approved RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) or they will not be accepted or processed.
  3. Incorrectly listed items are eligible for full refund or store credit.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Buyer pays for all merchandise returns UNLESS you received an incorrectly listed item.

RETURN PROCESS
  1. To return an item, please contact H.E.R. Couture through our Contact form here or direct email customer service at support@hercoutureresale.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with a copy of the RMA return form provided placed inside, and mail your return to the address provided on the return authorization form.  
  3. Please note that unless you received incorrect items, you will be responsible for all return shipping and delivery of the return. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as missing or unreturned items will disqualify returns from any refunds. 
REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Please Note

     —     This is a Resale and Consignment Store, as such returns on PRE-OWNED items are limited ONLY to items that arrive not as described in the listing. 

     —     A 10% restocking fee may be charged for returns in excess of $50.00.          

     —     New items may be returned for full refund if unopened and in original condition within 7 days
